Instructions

Order a salad with steak and without the dressing. Top with black beans, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, and tomatillo red-chili salsa. Order a burrito-size flour tortilla on the side.

Toss the salad and toppings together. Spoon most of the salad into the center of the tortilla. Fold sides of tortilla in and roll up to close. Eat burrito alongside any remaining salad.
