- To make dressing, whisk together tarragon, water, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until blended; set aside.
- Combine greens, chicken, and carrots in large serving bowl; add dressing and toss to coat. Top with strawberries, goat cheese, and scallion.
- Serving size: about 3 cups
