A twist on a typical chicken salad, this simple, no-cook recipe gets its jolt of flavour from zingy Caesar dressing and tangy yogurt standing in for the usual mayonnaise. Almonds add an unexpected crunch and more protein (plus good-for-you fats) while crisp romaine keeps things fresh.


Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast

½ cup(s), chopped

Low calorie Caesar dressing

1 tbsp(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 tbsp(s)

Dijon mustard

Fresh lemon juice

Garlic powder

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, Caesar dressing, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in the almonds.
  2. Arrange the chicken salad down the middle of the wrap. Top with the lettuce. Fold in sides of the wrap and roll up to close.
  3. Serving size: 1 wrap
