This not-too-sweet smoothie gets a veggie boost from a surprise ingredient—frozen cauliflower rice. Its mild flavor stays in the background, and it helps give the smoothie a thick, creamy texture. Tofu contributes some protein and echoes the nutty notes of the almond milk and powdered almond butter. Ideally, you should use a high-powered blender, which will yield the smoothest texture. If your blender doesn’t have as much power, it will take longer to reach the desired consistency.
