If you've not given jackfruit a try, here's the perfect recipe to introduce you to this zero point food. You will find several types of barbecue throughout the Carolinas. This one is from the eastern coast and has a strong African influence. The sauce is vinegary, thin, acidic, spicy, and full of black pepper. The BBQ sauce rounds out the tang. The Sweet & Spicy KC BBQ Sauce can be found in the WW app. It adds a little sweetness to the sandwiches.
