Most of the ingredients, including sushi rice, rice vinegar, wasabi (green horseradish) powder, and nori (paper-thin sheets of dried seaweed), can be found in Asian groceries. Fat-free surimi, also called imitation crabmeat, is available in your supermarket’s seafood section.
