Fat free cottage cheese

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Olive oil

Anchovies canned in oil drained

Garlic clove

Oil-packed tuna fish drained

Instructions

In a mini food processor or small blender, puree the cottage cheese, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, oil, anchovy (if using), garlic, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp water until smooth.

Crush or smash the crackers into crumbs.

Toss the lettuce with most of the dressing. Arrange dressed lettuce on a plate.

Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top. Scatter the tuna over the crumbs. Drizzle remaining dressing on top. Add more black pepper, if desired.
