Cabbage leaf Reuben wraps
All the flavour in your favourite deli sandwich done up in an easy to eat lettuce wrap. If you want to make these ahead of time, store the dressing in a small container so you can drizzle it on when you’re ready to eat. We use light Thousand Island, but you could also spread with spicy brown mustard.
6 leaf/leaves, napa or regular
Low-fat Swiss cheese
3 oz, sliced
6 oz, sliced
Thousand Island dressing, reduced fat
1 item(s), minced
- Arrange 3 cabbage or lettuce leaves on 2 plates or in 2 storage containers.
- Top each leaf with 1 slice cheese, 2 oz turkey pastrami, 1 tsp dressing.
- Sprinkle wraps with shallot and caraway seeds. Fold wraps in half or roll up. Place 1 pickle on each plate. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
