These zesty veggies are a great make-ahead side dish that tastes even better the next day!


Ingredients
Olive oil
4 tsp(s)
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp(s)
Unsweetened orange juice
1 tbsp(s), or lemon juice
Hot pepper sauce
2 tsp(s)
Tomato
2 medium, plum, diced
Garlic
2 clove(s), large, minced
Uncooked green snap beans
¾ pound(s), trimmed and cooked until crisp-tender
Fresh basil
1 tbsp(s), chooped
Black pepper
⅛ tsp(s), or to taste
Table salt
⅛ tsp(s), or to taste
Instructions

Whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce, orange or lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce.

Stir in vegetables, basil, salt and pepper; chill for 1 hour or overnight. Divide into 4 portions and serve.
