Liquid egg substitute
1.5 cup(s)
All-purpose flour
2 cup(s)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
0.5 cup(s)
Baking powder

Table salt
0.25 tsp(s)
Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter. Beat until blended. Beat in vanilla. Beat in egg substitute. Sift in fl our, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Beat on low speed until blended.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in centre of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

Cut into 24 squares and sift confectioners’ sugar over cake just before serving.
