Ingredients
Part-skim ricotta cheese
6 tbsp(s)
1% low-fat buttermilk
¼ cup(s), preferably nonfat
Blue cheese
¼ cup(s), crumbled
Vinegar
1 tbsp(s), cider
Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp(s)
Ketchup
½ tsp(s)
Chives
2 tsp(s), fresh, chopped
Black pepper
⅛ pinch(es), freshly ground, or to taste
Instructions

Puree the ricotta, buttermilk, blue cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in a food process or blender. Transfer to a small bowl; fold in the chives and pepper. Refrigerate the dressing in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Makes 6 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
