Enjoy the savoury flavour of a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich minus the bread. It's delicious with veggies or spread onto whole-grain crackers.

Fat free mayonnaise

Fat-free cream cheese
16 cup(s), softened
Black pepper

Lettuce
1 cup(s), chopped, shredded
Cooked turkey bacon
3 slice(s), crumbled
Tomato
1 large, chopped
Uncooked scallions
¼ cup(s), chopped
Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often, until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch round serving dish; top with lettuce, bacon, tomato, scallions and cheese. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
