Whole wheat pita

Tomato

1 large, thinly sliced

Shredded reduced fat Italian cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Place pitas on a baking sheet. Top each with half of sliced tomato and half of cheese. Bake until heated through and cheese is bubbling, 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine radishes, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; stir in lettuce. Divide lettuce mixture over cooked pizzas. Sprinkle evenly with bacon and scallions, if using.
  4. Serving size: 1 pizza (2 halves)
