1 cup(s), (250 ml), rinsed and drained
Grape tomatoes

Frozen corn

Serrano chile
¼ cup(s), (60 ml) (or any other green chile), canned
Red onion
2 tbsp(s), chopped, (30 ml), minced
Cilantro
2 tbsp(s), (30 ml)
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, , minced
Corn tortilla
4 item(s), (15-cm [6-inch]), toasted
Instructions

Whisk together lime juice, oil, cumin, and salt.

Add beans, tomatoes, corn, chiles, onion, cilantro, and garlic and stir to combine.

Place tortillas on 4 plates and top evenly with black bean mixture. Serve at once.
