Ingredients

Canned white beans

1 cup(s), rinsed and drained

Canned black beans

1 cup(s), rinsed and drained

Fresh tomato(es)

1 large, diced

Uncooked onion(s)

1 small, diced

Uncooked celery

1 rib(s), medium, stalk, diced

White wine vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Fresh parsley

2 tbsp(s), Italian, minced

Table salt

tsp(s), or to taste

Black pepper

pinch, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beans, tomato, onion and celery. Gently stir in vinegar and sprinkle with parsley; season to taste and serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
