Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grab a medium sized pan, get it on the stove to a medium setting and add your oil.
  2. Once heated, add your ground turkey and begin to brown for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Once browned, add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cook until there is no signs of pink remaining then set aside.
  4. Assemble your dressing. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl (yogurt through paprika) and mix well. If the dressing appears to be too thick add a teaspoon at a time of water to thin slightly.
  5. Begin to assemble your salad: start with the romaine lettuce as the base, ground turkey, pickles, onions, cheese, tomatoes, dressing and then finish off with toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Serving size: 1/2 of salad
