Ingredients

Canned chunk white tuna in water

1 can(s), drained

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 tbsp(s)

Mayonnaise

1 tbsp(s)

Unsweetened dill pickle(s)

cup(s), chopped

Fresh cherry tomato(es)

½ cup(s), halved

Uncooked bell pepper(s)

2 item(s), small, any colour, sliced in half

Lettuce

4 leaf/leaves, large

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill pickles, and cherry tomatoes in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Slice and seed bell peppers. Top one half of the bell pepper with lettuce and half a cup of tuna salad (refrigerate other half of tuna if you're only making one serving). Place lettuce and other half of the bell pepper on top to create a sandwich.
