Deli style roast beef slices
¾ pound(s), trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch strips

Carrots
1 large, shredded
English cucumber
1 small, halved lengthwise and sliced
Mango
1 medium, peeled, pitted, and sliced
Uncooked scallions
3 medium, sliced
Cilantro
¾ cup(s), lightly packed fresh
Lime

Instructions

To make sauce, stir together chili-garlic sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce in small bowl.

Lay lettuce leaves on work surface. Divide beef evenly among lettuce leaves and sprinkle with salt. Top evenly with carrots, cucumber, mango, scallions, and cilantro; roll up to enclose filling. Serve with sauce and lime wedges.
