Garlic chili paste

Deli style roast beef slice(s)
¾ pound(s), trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 large, shredded
1 small, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 medium, peeled, pitted, and sliced
3 medium, sliced
¾ cup(s), lightly packed fresh
1 item(s), cut into wedges
- To make sauce, stir together chili-garlic sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce in small bowl.
- Lay lettuce leaves on work surface. Divide beef evenly among lettuce leaves and sprinkle with salt. Top evenly with carrots, cucumber, mango, scallions, and cilantro; roll up to enclose filling. Serve with sauce and lime wedges.
- Serving size: 4 wraps and about 1 tablespoon sauce
