Sweet and savoury come together in this easy to assemble barbecue treat.

Ingredients

Uncooked lean and trimmed beef tenderloin

16 oz, cut into 18 cubes

Pineapple juice

½ cup(s)

Honey

1 tsp(s)

Soy sauce

1 tbsp(s)

Rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Minced garlic

1 tsp(s)

Minced ginger

1 tsp(s)

Pineapple

1 medium, cut into chunks

Red onion

½ medium, chopped

Green bell pepper

2 medium, chopped

Zucchini

1 medium, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the beef, pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a Ziploc bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour has elapsed, remove the beef from the marinade and thread onto skewers, alternating beef, pineapple, and vegetables.
  3. Heat grill and grill kebabs until desired doneness.
