Ingredients

Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

1 package(s)

1% low fat milk

2 cup(s), cold

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Vanilla whey protein powder

1 scoop(s)

Banana

6 medium, ripe, thinly sliced

Low-fat graham cracker crumbs

6 sheet(s), crushed, squares, coarsely crushed

Light aerosol whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk in the protein powder until smooth. Then stir in the Greek yogurt.
  3. Among 4 parfait cups, layer half of the pudding. Top with half of the bananas and half of the graham crackers.
  4. Continue layering with remaining pudding and bananas. Top each with 2 1/2 tbsp whipped cream and remaining graham crackers.
