Turn banana bread into a more substantial breakfast by transforming it into French toast. After soaking in the egg-milk mixture and cooking, the slices turn crisp on the outside and stay delightfully tender on the inside. Of course, you can make this with any banana bread, but we love how it tastes when made with our Avocado banana bread.

Avocado Banana Bread

3 slice(s), halved

Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

In pie plate or shallow baking dish, whisk milk, cinnamon, and egg. Add Avocado banana bread to dish in a single layer; let stand 1 to 2 minutes per side to soak up milk mixture.

Coat large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Heat pan over medium-low heat. Add bread pieces; cook until browned and crisp, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Divide between 2 plates; sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with berries.
