Try this refreshing smoothie from our UK site. It's lovely on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

Banana(s)

1 small

Fresh raspberries

¼ cup(s)

Fresh blueberries

¼ cup(s)

Plain fat free yogurt

½ cup(s)

Fat free skim milk

1 cup(s)

Vanilla extract

tsp(s), or to taste

Mint leaves

1 piece(s), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Break banana into pieces and place in blender with most berries, except 2 or 3 berries for garnish. Add yogurt, milk and vanilla. Blend together until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into a large glass and garnish with reserved berries and mint.
