These two-ingredient doughnuts couldn’t be simpler to make. Soften some frozen ice cream bars, stir together with self-rising flour, and bake in a doughnut pan. If your batter seems too thick, you can stir in a tablespoon of water to loosen it up.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Chapman's Ice milk fudge bars

4 bar(s)

Self-rising flour

¾ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a silicone doughnut pan with 6 slots (¼-cup capacity each) with cooking spray.
  2. Remove the sticks from the ice cream bars; place the bars in a medium bowl. Allow to melt slightly; stir until smooth. Stir in flour until well combined (add a tablespoon of water if the batter is too thick).
  3. Divide the batter evenly among the slots in the doughnut pan. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center of each doughnut comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes. Invert the doughnuts onto a wire rack to cool.
  4. Serving size: 1 doughnut
