Baked Ginger-Soy Wonton Crisps

Wonton wrapper

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place wonton wrappers on sheet in a single layer. Bake for 2 minutes; remove from oven. Flip wrappers and bake for 1 minute more.

Meanwhile, combine soy sauce and ginger in a cup. Remove wonton wrappers from oven and using a pastry brush or clean paint brush, brush soy mixture over wrappers. Bake wrappers for 1 minute more. Remove from oven and place wrappers on a wire wrack to cool. Yields 5 crisps per serving.
