Baking powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, applesauce, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in the oats, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Fold in the chocolate. Transfer the oats mixture to the prepared pan. Bake the oatmeal until lightly browned around the edges and fully set, 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces.
