This easy, elegant appetizer uses apple slices as the base for a sophisticated flavour combo featuring cream cheese, pistachios, honey, thyme, and blue cheese. If you’re not a fan of blue cheese, you can simply omit it or substitute goat cheese for a similar punch. And if you don’t have thyme on hand, you can either omit it or substitute chopped rosemary or mint.
