Air-Fryer Chocolate, Cherry & Pecan Wontons

Semisweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- Roughly chop chocolate, cherries, and pecans. Place in a small bowl; toss to combine.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a flat work surface with the corners set vertically (pointing up and down like a diamond shape). Moisten all edges of wrapper with water. Spoon a rounded 1/2 tbsp of filling in center of wrapper; fold top of wrapper over filling to form a triangle. Press down to seal; repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Place wontons in air-fryer basket in a single layer; coat generously with nonstick spray. Air-fry at 400°F until tops are browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Place on a plate and let cool, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; serve.
