1-Point Protein Crepes Created by Ambassador Natasha Piche

These high-protein shakes are just sweet enough to be the ending to a meal, but are also great as a breakfast or brunch treat. Garnish with your favourite fruit, powdered sugar, syrup, and so much more. They are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
Premier Protein Vanilla Flavoured High Protein Shake
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, egg whites, protein shake, and vanilla. Blend using a hand-mixer or whisk until smooth.
- Lightly coat 8-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and quickly swirl to coat bottom of pan. Cook until bottom is set, about 30 - 60 seconds. Flip crepe and cook until lightly browned on bottom, about 30 - 60 seconds. Slide crepe onto a piece of wax paper on a plate. Repeat with remaining batter, lightly coating pan with nonstick spray as needed, to make a total of 8 crepes, stacking crepes between sheets of wax paper.
- Roll up crepes. Garnish with your favourite fresh fruit and a low calorie syrup. Enjoy!
