The workshops are guided by a specially trained Weight Watchers leader and incorporate techniques such as self-reflection, visualization and deep breathing to help you feel better—mentally, physically and emotionally. Find Your MeTM helps you feel powerful in your choices, open to the discovery of your purpose, and more grateful and inspired.

Our workshops are broken into four seasonal journey's over the year. Each season we explore a different theme and learn techniques that can make a big impact on our bodies and our lives.
