A fresh, tangy sandwich filled with goodness from the garden. Fat free Italian dressing and light medium cheddar cheese slices give this turkey sandwich a spirited zest.
Ingredients
4 Weight Watchers Multigrain Thin Rolls
4 Tbsp fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 cup(s) fresh spinach, baby leaves
8 oz. deli sliced turkey, thinly sliced
8 slice(s) fresh tomato(es)
1 cup(s) cucumber(s), approx. 16 thin slices
4 slices light medium natural cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spread 1 to 1/2 tsp Italian dressing on both halves of each multigrain thin roll.
Layer 1/2 cup spinach leaves, 2 oz. of turkey, 2 slices of tomato, 4 slices of cucumber and 1 slice of light medium cheddar cheese on each.
Cover with top half of roll and serve.
