Toasted Salmon and Ricotta Bagels

Seasoned ricotta cheese makes a great bagel spread that's low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 4 Weight Watchers Everything Bagels

  • 1/4 cup(s) partially skimmed ricotta cheese

  • 2 Tbsp fat free sour cream

  • 1 medium uncooked scallion, minced

  • 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

  • 3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and toast them.

  2. Stir together ricotta, sour cream and scallion. Season to taste.

  3. Divide ricotta mixture onto bagel slices and top each with 1/4 of the salmon.
