Toasted Salmon and Ricotta Bagels

Seasoned ricotta cheese makes a great bagel spread that's low in fat.
4 Weight Watchers Everything Bagels
1/4 cup(s) partially skimmed ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
1 medium uncooked scallion, minced
1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and toast them.
Stir together ricotta, sour cream and scallion. Season to taste.
Divide ricotta mixture onto bagel slices and top each with 1/4 of the salmon.
