          T.L.T with Avocado

          Ingredients

          • 1⁄2 tsp unpacked brown sugar
          • 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika (smoked variety)
          • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
          • 3 oz tempeh
          • 4 slice(s) Weight Watchers (Canada) Multigrain Bread
          • 1 1⁄2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
          • 1 medium fresh tomatoes, thick slice
          • 1⁄4 head(s), small lettuce
          • 1⁄2 item(s) California (Hass) avocado
          • 1 gm alfalfa sprouts, 1 pinch
          • 1⁄2 tsp table salt
          • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
          • 1 tsp, chopped uncooked red onion(s), sliced
          • 1 tsp whole-grain mustard

           


          Instructions

          1. Combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and tempeh and marinate for 20 minutes.
          2. Set a sauté pan over medium-high heat and sear tempeh on each side for 2-3 minutes.
          3. Build sandwich by adding remaining ingredients.
