Greek Savoury Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) plain fat free yogurt
  • 1⁄2 tsp paprika, smoked
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1⁄4 cup(s) no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 1⁄4 cup(s) cucumber(s), diced
  • 1⁄4 cup(s) canned chickpeas
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Layer the yogurt in a shallow dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, and chickpeas atop the yogourt. Sprinkle with spices, lemon zest, and olive oil.

Middle Eastern Savoury Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) plain fat free yogurt
  • 1 small uncooked carrot(s), cut into half moons
  • 1 tsp harissa paste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup(s) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp roasted red peppers (packed in water), chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Toss carrots, oil, and harissa together. Arrange evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until tender. Remove from oven and let cool.
  2. Layer the yogurt in a shallow dish. Arrange the carrots, spinach, and red peppers over top.

Italian Savoury Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) plain fat free yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) fresh cherry tomato(es)
  • 2 tsp pesto sauce
  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • 1 tsp basil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange cherry on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes or until blistered.
  2. Layer yogurt in a shallow dish and swirl in the pesto. Arrange the tomatoes, pine nuts, and basil.
