WW FreestyleTM couldn't have been better named. It lets you choose how you want to succeed. Based on our successful SmartPoints® system, WW Freestyle has a range of delicious, satisfying foods you don't have to weigh, measure, or track. You have a SmartPoints Budget: your daily SmartPoints plus your weekly SmartPoints that you can use when and how you like. Plus, you have the option of "rolling over" up to 4 unused dailies into your weeklies. You can find more details in your Weekly and here.

The basics of WW

New to WW or just need a refresher? Our plan, based on SmartPoints® values, nudges you toward foods that are higher in protein, and lower in sugar and saturated fat, so you're eating in a way that promotes well-being, not just weight loss (though the SmartPoints plan does that really well!). Go to My Day to search for foods and their SmartPoints values, get meal ideas, create recipes, and more. Along with eating smart, we've made activity easier to fit into your everyday life. Check the Fitness tab in Articles to get lots of easy, enjoyable ways to move. The more you move, the more FitPoints® you'll earn! You can log your activity in the Activity tab in My Day, or if you have an activity monitor like Fitbit, your FitPoints are automatically tracked.

Mindset matters

But as important as eating well and moving more is getting into the right mindset—one that will help you succeed at your goals, whether they're for weight loss or something else. We know that how you think determines how you feel—and that in turn determines what you do. Your mind is your most powerful weight-loss tool. Take a look at "Think Again" in your Weekly to see some ways you can shift your mindset for success.
