Eggnog French Toast
- ¾ cup egg nog
- 2 each eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 slices bread, challah
- 4 sprays cooking spray
- Set a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Whisk together the eggnog, eggs cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Spray the pan with cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread into the batter and then cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until deep golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
