Try big batches

Have a soup-er Sunday

Make a little time on a Sunday (or another convenient day) to prep a batch of soup to freeze.  There are plenty of 0 SmartPoints soups chock-full of fresh veggies and spices to fill in your hunger gaps – and you can stow them in the fridge or freezer to use as you need. Just search for 'soup' on your My Day page for dozens of delicious results.

Make stand-by sandwiches

Struggling to put together those lunch boxes in the morning? Make batches of sandwiches when you have the time, and freeze them in plastic wrap to use later. Just check your fillings are freezer-friendly (we don’t recommend lettuce...). Pop your pre-made sandwich in your lunchbox before work, and it’ll be ready to eat by midday.
