These adorable Hanukkah cupcakes couldn't be easier to prepare! Swap in a chocolate cake mix if you prefer and use any shape of blue and white sprinkles you can find. Finish off each cupcake with an optional chocolate coin. Double or triple the recipe for a larger celebration.

Water

Lite whipped topping

Rainbow sprinkles

3 tbsp(s), blue & white

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 6 holes of a nonstick standard muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray (or use cupcake liners).

In a small bowl, whisk together the cake mix, egg, water, and oil into a smooth batter. Evenly divide the batter among the prepared muffin holes. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Top each cooled cupcake with 2 tbsp whipped topping and 1/2 tbsp sprinkles.
