Tahini is a classic in falafel sandwiches and other Middle Eastern dishes, but this rich, tangy sauce can do so much more. Here, it is combined with yogurt and fresh citrus flavours to make a sauce for crispy, baked prawns. This versatile sauce can also be used for grilled meats and vegetables, breads, or drizzled over bowls and salads.

Honey
2 tsp(s)
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, crushed
