Roasted Radishes and Green Beans with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
String beans
½ pound(s), (225 g) ends trimmed, halved crosswise
Radishes
8 large, (1/2 lb [225 g]) quartered lengthwise
Olive oil
1 tsp(s), (5 ml)
Kosher salt
¼ tsp(s), (1 ml)
Soy sauce
1 tsp(s), (5 ml)
Fresh lime juice
1 tsp(s), (5 ml)
Dark sesame oil
1 tsp(s), (5 ml)
Uncooked scallions
1 medium, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds
1 tbsp(s), (15 ml), toasted

Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil or regular foil coated with cooking spray, or coat pan with cooking spray.

Place string beans and radishes on prepared pan; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat; spread into an even layer.

Roast 10 minutes; remove from oven and toss. Roast until tender and light golden in spots, 5 minutes more.

Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a small cup. Put roasted vegetables into a serving bowl; drizzle with soy mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds; serve.
