Orange juice

Endive

1 head(s), large, trimmed, leaves separated and stacked, cut into thin strips

Apple

1 medium, cut into matchsticks (with peel)

Instructions

To make the dressing, in a medium bowl, stir together the orange juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until the salt has dissolved. Add the oil and stir again.

Place the endive and apple in a large bowl. Stir the dressing, add to the endive mixture, and toss to coat.
