Ingredients
Fresh mint leaves
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
Agave nectar
2 tbsp(s)
Pomegranate juice
1 cup(s)
Fresh lime juice
½ cup(s), or to taste
Ice cube
2 cube(s)
Sparkling water
4 cup(s), or seltzer, lime-flavour, chilled
Lime
½ medium, cut into thin slices for garnish
Instructions

Add mint and agave to a cocktail shaker; using a muddler or wooden spoon, smash mint with agave to release mint oils. Add pomegranate juice, lime juice, and a few ice cubes to shaker; shake for 5 seconds.

Remove cover; pour liquid evenly into 4 ice-filled glasses. Top each glass with 1 c sparkling water; garnish with mint sprigs and lime.
