canned cannellini beans
29 oz, rinsed and drained
canned diced tomatoes
fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth
2 medium, thinly sliced
uncooked Swiss chard

- Cut kielbasa on diagonal into 1½-inch slices. Combine kielbasa, beans, tomatoes, broth, scallions, and pepper in 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook until liquid is slightly thickened, 4–5 hours on high or 8–9 hours on low.
- Stir Swiss chard into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high just until wilted, about 5 minutes. Divide sausage mixture evenly among 6 bowls.
