We know this life stage can come with a lot of questions and concerns—and not always enough answers. That’s why later this year, WeightWatchers will launch a new program to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Our new program is built to meet your needs during this critical time—with our proven approach to sustainable lifestyle change, supportive community support, and access to prescription medication for weight management and menopause-related care (where clinically appropriate).
