How do I get reimbursed? Follow these easy steps to start your reimbursement.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) allow you to put aside pre-tax money to use on certain eligible out-of-pocket medical care costs. If your doctor recommends weight loss for a specific condition (including but not limited to obesity, hypertension, or heart disease) the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) may allow you to use funds from your pre-tax accounts such as your FSA or HSA to pay with tax-free dollars.

No. You will need to open or use an existing FSA or HSA account. WeightWatchers does not offer FSA/HSA accounts.

You may use your FSA and HSA dollars for:
  - Any WeightWatchers membership costs, including access to the app and Workshops
  - Medication, including compound medication
  - Registered dietitian visits 

For reimbursement of our Points and Workshops memberships, you will need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor that recommends weight loss for a specific condition (including but not limited to obesity, overweight, hypertension, or heart disease).

For all other memberships, check with your provider if a letter of medical necessity is required.

For all expenses, you will need to submit your WeightWatchers membership receipt. WeightWatchers does not require a letter of medical necessity to join.

Up to 100% of your expenses is eligible for reimbursement. Exactly how much you get reimbursed depends on funds available in your FSA (Flexible Savings Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account). Please follow the guidelines and terms/conditions of your plan.

The speed of your reimbursement will depend on your individual FSA or HSA plan. Check with your FSA/HSA provider for additional information.

No. You must use a valid credit or debit card at check out then submit for reimbursement.

If your benefits expire at the end of the calendar year, you have until December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET to purchase a membership with your FSA dollars for the current calendar year. Check with your plan administrator for details on your plan.
