We are excited to announce that our SATURDAY MORNING WORKSHOP at the Stroudsburg Volunteer Fire Dept. is now open! Doors will open at 9:15 AM and the Workshop will begin at 10:00 AM.
Linda will again be the Coach and she is thrilled to be back at our Weight Watchers Studio and welcoming you back!

Join us! Our Studio is open 30 minutes prior to and immediately following a Workshop for your Weekly Check-in. Walk-ins are always welcome, and, while not required, you may also RSVP.

- Members are required to wear footwear when weighing in
