How it works
Open ChatGPT.
Go to Settings → Apps → Add more and search Weight Watchers.
Install the Weight Watchers app within ChatGPT.
Start your prompt with /Weight Watchers, like:
“GLP-1-friendly chicken dinner recipes.”
Instead of generic suggestions, you’ll receive easy-to-make, flavorful, science-backed mealideas aligned with Weight Watchers’ GLP-1 nutrition guidance — including higher-protein meals, balanced plates, and options tailored to common GLP-1 experiences such as reduced appetite or nausea.
Weight Watchers members can also log into their accounts directly from ChatGPT to save recipes, track food, and stay aligned with their goals. Members can request guidance from a registered dietitian and connect with Weight Watchers experts for additional support. Weight Watchers will be featured in the new ChatGPT Health Experience.
