The first four weeks of this program are crucial to long-term success and the fact that you’re here now is worth celebrating. Think back to day 1 and the steps you’ve taken, big and small, to make wellness a priority.
Take a moment to recognize the positive changes you’ve been making: your “non-scale” victories, or in WW lingo, your NSVs. Why? Celebrating NSVs reminds us that we’re forming healthy habits for life, feeling great in our skin, and having fun with family and friends.
