Your 7-day dinner plan: Grilling edition
Dust off the old grill (if you haven't already), grab some sunblock, and get ready for warmer nights. This week's dinner roundup shines the spotlight on some of our newest grilling recipes.
Go beyond the burger with some individual mushroom and pepper pizzas or a grilled romaine Caesar salad. For the carnivores in your family, whip up a Florentine-inspired steak served with peppery arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese. Prefer surf over turf? Try our spiced yogurt-marinaded shrimp and serve it over cauliflower rice with a side of grilled asparagus.
No outdoor grill? No problem. Invest in a heavy cast-iron grill pan (preferably a large one that fits over two burners for maximum versatility), throw open your windows, and you'll be grilling in no time.
