Bounce back!
We’ll help you get there with these tips!

Setbacks happen to all of us. You skipped your morning walk or didn’t track all weekend. The best way to regroup: Recognize, accept, and move past lapses. When an old, unhelpful behavior pops back up, sit in a quiet place and write a letter to yourself. What to say?
1. Remind yourself that setbacks are normal and don’t define you.
2. Cheer your progress so far (scale and non-scale victories alike).
3. List who can help and how—family, friends, and fellow WW members.
4. Plan your comeback using tried-and-true tactics. If tracking has helped before, aim to track your next meal or two. If sharing motivates you, post on Connect!
5. Write (on the envelope or subject line): “Open me when you [fill in the blank].” (e.g., “have a slip-up,” “are struggling,” “feel stuck.”) and read it when you need it!
