Tex-Mex Shrimp Salad with Fresh Lime

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) (chopped) lettuce (or mixed greens)
- 3 oz cooked shrimp (chopped)
- 8 medium grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup(s) canned yellow corn
- 1/4 cup(s) avocado (diced)
- 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice (or to taste)
- 1 pinch table salt (or to taste)
- 1 pinch black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Combine greens, shrimp, tomatoes, corn, avocado and feta in a bowl; toss with oil, lime juice and seasonings of your choice.
